Business Advice from Eric Fisher: Success

Your thoughts and actions are the reason you are where you are today. You can build an extraordinary, successful business if you keep on pushing. Getting to the next level requires effort.

Goals must be set. Levels must be reached.

The cycle of success only works when you have goals and projects. I find that people are most happy when they are moving towards a direction. Not vacillating in indecision, but have a defined end in mind.

Start with the answer. Decide what a perfect career is for you and set goals to achieve it. Create strategy to reach your goals.

Define the following for your goal:
- What
- Where
- Why
- When
- How

Decide what your dream career looks like for you.
Talk it over with a friend or family member. Set big goals such as: "I want to be booked two years ahead." "I want to double my average ticket." "I want all of my clients to buy retail products." "I want only fantastic clients." "I want to double my income."

You've got to keep creating new levels of performance. It doesn't matter where you are now, stretch yourself to the next level. Ask yourself what are the steps you need to take to get to the next level.

Prepare yourself now. You're going to have setbacks. You will fall down. Just get used to that. But you can't let your past performance influence your future success. It's better to fail at a big goal then to fail at a small one.

I think we all want more. Whether it's more time, better health, more money, a better quality of life or more happiness. You can achieve most of these with your career. Never limit the amount of success that you can achieve. Set higher goals and be a possibility thinker. This is the key to success.

Thanks,
Eric Fisher
